As Marketing Coordinator of the Pacific Palisades, Malibu and Santa Monica offices of Sotheby’s International Realty®, Katie plays a vital role in the James Respondek team. She is responsible for posting and maintaining Respondek properties listings on the official Sotheby’s International Realty® websites, oversees standards and quality control on Respondek-related corporate marketing materials, and assists in the planning, development and execution of that material. In addition, she provides communication, consultation and training on internal marketing programs and initiatives.

Office Administrator & Transaction Coordinator
Bringing 20 years of real estate experience to her position at the Pacific
Palisades brokerage of Sotheby’s International Realty®, and as a licensed
Realtor® herself, Kathy provides vital support to the Respondek team. Among her myriad responsibilities are managing all aspects of the property transaction process – from processing listings in the brokerage firm’s database, to auditing and maintaining the related transaction files.
